Broccoli Salad
 
Broccoli florets and red onions with a sweet vinegar dressing topped with crunchy slivered almonds

Ingredients Measure
Broccoli Florets 4 1/2  lb
Red Onion, Thinly Sliced 6  small
Cider Vinegar 1 1/2  c
Olive Oil 1/3  c
Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1/4  c
Sugar 1/4  c

Preparation
  1. Steam broccoli for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine onions, vinegar, oil, Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, and sugar; toss with broccoli.
  3. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
