Preparation
- Boil all potatoes until tender. Drain, reserving 1 cup cooking liquid.
- Mash potatoes and gradually add buttermilk until potatoes are smooth, adding reserved water if necessary.
- Blend in Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, garnish with parsley before serving.
