Preparation
- Heat oil in large pot, add beef and brown over medium heat.
- Add water, celery, and onions; simmer 1 hour.
- Stir in frozen vegetables, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend, and vinegar; simmer 20 minutes more.
- Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into soup and heat until slightly thickened. Serve hot with a piece of crusty bread.
