Chicken Fingers
 
Crunchy, lightly breaded chicken fingers served over salad greens

Ingredients Measure
Plain Breadcrumbs 6  c
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 3/4  c
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into strips 6  lb
Egg Substitute, Beaten 3  c
Olive Oil 3/4  c

Preparation
  1. Mix breadcrumbs and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
  2. Dip chicken strips in egg substitute, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Saute in oil for a few minutes on each side until chicken is browned.
