Mediterranean Chicken
 
Broiled chicken breast marinated in a lightly seasoned yogurt sauce

Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 3/4  c
Plain Low Fat Yogurt 1  c
Olive Oil 1/4  c
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 6  lb

Preparation
  1. Combine Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend, yogurt, and olive oil.
  2. Score chicken breasts, coat with yogurt mixture, cover, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Broil chicken under medium heat 5 minutes each side, or until chicken is cooked. Serve hot.
