Oriental Plum Chicken
 
Tender chicken covered in a tangy, Asian-inspired plum sauce with a little heat
Yield: 6 oz

Ingredients Measure
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves 6  lb
Lite Soy Sauce 1/4  c
Oriental Plum Sauce 2 1/2  c
Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend 1/4  c

Preparation
  1. Place chicken in lightly greased baking pan.
  2. Combine soy sauce, plum sauce and Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend in small bowl. Pour mixture evenly over chicken, turning pieces until well coated.
  3. Bake uncovered 40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
  4. Optional: Garnish with pineapple chunks.
