Preparation
- Place chicken in lightly greased baking pan.
- Combine soy sauce, plum sauce and Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend in small bowl. Pour mixture evenly over chicken, turning pieces until well coated.
- Bake uncovered 40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
- Optional: Garnish with pineapple chunks.
