Chicken Siciliano
 
Spicy and saucy oven-baked Italian chicken covered in tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese

Ingredients Measure
Tomato Sauce, Low Sodium 1 1/4  qt
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 1/4  c
Parmesan Cheese, Grated 6  c
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves 6  lb

Preparation
  1. Combine tomato sauce, half of Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend and half the Parmesan cheese.
  2. Coat chicken with tomato sauce mixture, then place in lightly greased baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with remaining Mrs. Dash and Parmesan.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
