Creamy Pasta Con Chicken and Broccoli
 
Delicious blend of chicken, broccoli, peppers and bowtie pasta in a light cream cheese sauce
Yield: 11 oz

Ingredients Measure
Bowtie Pasta, Cooked and Drained 2 1/2  lb
Olive Oil 1/3  c
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into 1” pieces 6  lb
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 3/4  c
Broccoli Florets, Fresh 12  c
Red Peppers, Seeded, Thinly Sliced 3  large
Chicken Broth, Low Sodium 6  c
Cream Cheese, Low Fat 24  oz
Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chicken and half of Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend; cook until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli, red pepper, remaining Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend, and chicken broth; heat together for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
  4. Add pasta to chicken mixture, toss and serve.
