Creamy Carrot Soup
 
Creamy smooth carrot soup with fresh cut carrots and chopped onions

Ingredients Measure
Chicken Broth, Low Sodium 3  qt
Carrots, Sliced 6  c
Chopped Onions 3  c
Mrs. Dash Original Blend 2  tbsp
1% Milk 1 1/2  qt
Light Sour Cream 1 1/2  c
Preparation
  1. In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, carrots, onion and Mrs. Dash Original Blend.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
  3. Process in blender until smooth, return to saucepan.
  4. Stir in milk and heat through.
  5. Top individual servings with sour cream.
