Cannellini Bean Salad
 
Hearty salad loaded with white cannellini beans, yellow peppers and cherry tomatoes topped with Italian seasonings
Yield: 8.5 oz

Ingredients Measure
Cherry Tomatoes, Halved 6  pints
Yellow Bell Peppers, Seeded, cut into thin strips 6  large
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 1/3  c
Olive Oil 3/4  c
Cannellini Beans, Canned, Drained, Rinsed 3  qt
Italian Parsley, Minced 1 1/2  c

Preparation
  1. In large roasting pans, toss tomatoes and peppers with Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend and half the oil.
  2. Roast at 375 F for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and place in large bowl.
  3. Add beans, parsley, and remaining olive oil. Toss gently and serve.
