Preparation
- Spray large non-stick skillet with Baker's Joy; heat to medium.
- Cook chicken for 2 minutes; turn and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend.
- Cook a few more minutes until chicken is cooked through; remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Add zucchini, corn, and picante sauce to skillet; cook for 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
- Serve chicken topped with sauce.
