Chicken Cacciatore
 
Tantalizing traditional chicken dish made with the hearty flavor combinations of wild mushrooms, bell peppers and tomatoes topped with Mozzarella cheese

Ingredients Measure
Olive Oil 8  tsp
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves 6  lb
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 1/3  c
Green Bell Pepper, Chopped 3  c
Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced 3  c
Tomatoes, Canned, Crushed, Low Sodium, with Juice 7  c
Fresh Parsley, Chopped 1/2  c
Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 1 1/2  c

Preparation
  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil, add chicken, and brown on both sides.
  2. Add Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and parsley; simmer uncovered for 12 minutes.
  3. Serve chicken and vegetables hot, topped with cheese.
