Chicken with Artichokes
 
Italian herb chicken breast topped with artichoke hearts; perfect over brown rice

Ingredients Measure
Olive Oil 6  tbsp
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves 6  lb
Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 1/4  c
Chicken Broth, Low Sodium 3  c
Artichoke Hearts, Canned, Drained, and Halved 4 1/2  lb

Preparation
  1. In large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil and add chicken pieces.
  2. Shake half of Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend over chicken, then brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add broth and artichokes to skillet, heating for 5 minutes, then add chicken.
  4. Simmer until liquid is reduced slightly, about 5 minutes; serve hot.
