Preparation
- In large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil and add chicken pieces.
- Shake half of Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend over chicken, then brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add broth and artichokes to skillet, heating for 5 minutes, then add chicken.
- Simmer until liquid is reduced slightly, about 5 minutes; serve hot.
