Preparation
- Place a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
- When hot, add chicken breast halves and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Turn and sprinkle each piece with 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend.
- Cook 3-4 minutes longer until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
- Add remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
- Serve chicken topped with vegetable sauce.
