Chipotle Fruit Salsa
 
Refreshing mandarin orange, pineapple and cilantro salsa served with chips or atop protein

Ingredients Measure
Canned Mandarin Oranges, drained, chopped 5  c
Canned Pineapple Chunks, drained, chopped 6  c
Onion, chopped 1 1/2  c
Cilantro, chopped 1 1/2  c
Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle 6  tbsp
Sugar Sweetener 3  tbsp

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combining mandarin oranges, pineapple, onion, cilantro, Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend, and sweetener.
  2. Cover and chill. For best results, allow flavors to blend in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Serve over protein or with chips.
